$79,633 - $86,407 per annum plus 12% superannuation

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Road Construction & Maintenance Team Leader to lead a small civil works crew responsible for the delivery of road construction and maintenance services throughout the district.

About the Role
Reporting to the Works Coordinator Roads, you will:
- Lead, supervise and support a small civil works team
- Coordinate daily work activities and resources
- Deliver road construction and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements
- Coach and mentor employees
- Maintain records and operational documentation
- Promote a positive and productive team culture
About You
You will be an experienced civil works professional who enjoys leading from the front.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in road construction and maintenance
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
- Ability to coordinate staff, plant and equipment resources
